ብጸውዒት ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣሜርካ፡ ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ሚኒስተራት፡ ኣሜሪካ፡ ግብጺ፡ ሳዑዲ ዓረቢያን ሕቡራት ዓረብ ኢማራትን ንሰላም ሱዳን ዝምልከት ሰፊሕን ዓሚቕን ምይይጥ ድሕሪ ምክያድ፡  ብ12 መስከረም 2025 ናይ ሓባር ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺ ኣውጺኦም። ኣብቲ ድሕሪ ሰፊሕ፡  ምይይጥ ዘውጽእዎ መግለጺ ኣብ ሱዳን ዝካየድ ዘሎ ውግእ; ኣብ ልዕሊ ህዝቢ ዝኸፍኤ ደረጃ ሰብኣዊ ቅልውላው ከም ዘስዓበን ንዞባዊ ጸጥታን ምርግጋእን ሓደገኛ ከም ዝኾነን ተጠቒሱ። እቶም ናይ ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ሚኒስተራት ሽግር ሱዳን ንከብቅዕ ዝከኣሎም ዘበለ ከም ዝገብሩ ቃል ምእታዎም’ውን ተመልኪቱ።

ኣብቲ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺ መፍትሒ ዝበልዎም፡ እዞም ዝስዕቡ ነጥብታት ኣስፊሮም ይርከቡ። ናይ ሱዳን ልኡላውነትን ሓድነትን ንሰላም ወሳኒ ምዃኑ። ሽግር ሱዳን ብወተሃደራዊ ሓይሊ ዘይፍታሕ ኮይኑ፡ ኩሎም ወገናት ንጽጉማት ሰብኣዊ ረዲኤት ዝቐርበሉ መንገዲ ኣብ ምኽፋት ክተሓባበሩ ወሳኒ ከምዝኾነ፡ መጻኢ ምምሕዳር ሱዳን ህዝቢ ብዝመርጾን ዝውስኖን ኣሳታፊ ክኸውን። ናይ ግዳም ሓይልታት ኣጽዋር ብምቕራብ ውግእ ንኽጋደድ ካብ ዝገብርዎ ኢድ ኣእታውነት ክቑጠቡ። ዝብሉ ከም ዝርከብዎም ኣብቲ ናይ ሓባር መግለጺኦም ኣስፊሮም።

እቶም ሚኒስተራት፡ እዚ ዝተጠቕሰ ውሳነታት ኣብ ግብሪ ንምውዓል ውሕስነት ዘለዎ  ተኲሲ ጠጠው ናይ ምባል ስምምዕ ክብጻሕ መሰረታዊ ምዃኑ ኣመልኪቶም። ምስዚ ብምትሕሓዝ ድማ ህዝቢ ሱዳን ብጸበብትን ሕሉፋትን ዘይዝወር ሲቪላዊ መንግስቲ ናይ ምምስራት ዕድል ንክህልዎ ኣስሚረምሉ። ኣብ ርእሲዚ እቶም ሚኒስተራት ናይቲ  ዘቕረብዎ መፍትሕታት ኣተገባብራ ከም ዝከታተሉ እውን ተሰማሚዖም።

ኣብ መወዳእታ፡ እቶም ዝዋግኡ ዘለዉ ወገናት መንገዲ ሰላም ንክሕዙ ተጽዕኖኦም ከሕይሉ፡ እቶም ዝዋግኡ ዘለዉ ድሕንነት ሲቪላውያን ክሕልዉ፡ ዞባ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ካብ ምዝራግ ንክቑጠቡ፡ ኣብ ምምዝባልን ምዝራግን ንዝሳተፉ ናይዚ ዞባ ሓይልታት ካብ ተግባሮም ንክእደቡ፡ ከም ዝሰርሑ ኣብ ስምምዕ ምብጸሖም ከኣ ኣብቲ ናይ ሓባር ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺኦም ኣስፊሮም።

እዘን ወገን ፈልየን ኣብ ውግእ ሱዳን ደገፍ ብምቕራብ ብተጻራሪ ተሰሊፈን ዝጸንሐ ኣብዚ ስምምዕ ምብጸሓን ተስፋ ዝህብ ኮይኑ፡ ኤርትራ ወገን ፈልያ ምስ ግብጽን ሱዕድ ዓረብን ተሰሊፋ ዝጸንሐት ክነሳ፡ ኣብዚ ኣሜሪካ ጸዊዓ ዘተሓባበረቶ ኣኼባ ዘይምስታፋ  ክሳብ ክንደይ ብኣሜሪካ ትንጸል ከም ዘላ የመልክት።

ህንጸቱ ኣብ ወርሒ ማዝያ 2011 ዝተጀመረ ዓብይ ህዳሰ ግድብ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ብ9 መስከረም 2025 ብወግዒ ተመሪቑ። ኣብቲ ምምራቕ መራሕቲ ኬንያ፡ ጅቡቲ፡ ደቡብ ሱዳን፡ ሶማሊያን በርባዶስን ከምኡ እውን ኣቦመንበር ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃን ዋና ጸሓፊ ኢጋድን ወሲኹ ዝተፈላለዩ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ወጻእተኛታት ዕዱማት ተረኺቦም። ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ኣብይ ኣሕመድ ኣብቲ ስነ-ስርዓት ካብ ዘስመዖ ዘረባ “ኢትዮጵያ ኣብዚ ቀረባ ግዜ ናይ ኑክሌር ስራሕ ክትጅምርያ” ዝብል ይርከቦ። 

 እዚ ካብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ንወገን ምዕራብ 718 ኪሎ ሜተር ርሒቑ ዝርከብ፡ ህንጸቱ 14 ዓመታት ዝወሰደ ሓጽቢ  ካብ ዶብ ኢትዮጵያን ሱዳንን ኣስታት 40 ኪሎ ሜተር ርሑቑ ኣብ ክልል ቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ጉባ ኣብ ዝተባህለ ቦታ ዝተደኮነ፡ ንዓቕሚ ኤለክትሪክ ናይታ ሃገር ብዕጽፊ ከዕብዮ ትጽቢት ዝግበረሉ እዩ።

እዚ 170 ሜትሮ ዝንውሓቱ፡ 145 ሜትሮ ዝውርዱ፡ ኣስታት 74 ቢልዮን ሜትሮ ኪዩብ/ኩቢክ ሜትሮ ማይ ናይ ምሓዝ ዓቕሚ ዘለዎ፡ 5,150 ሜጋዋት ዘመንጩ፡ 13 ተርባይት ዘለዎ፡  ንህንጸቱ ከባቢ 5 ቢልዮን ዶላር  ዝሓተተ እዩ። ካብ ኣፍሪቃ ዝዓበየ ሓይሊ ኤለክትሪ ዘመንጩ ሓጽቢ  ምዃኑ ከኣ ይንገረሉ። እቲ ናይ ምምንጫው ዓቕሙ ካብ ናይ  ግብጺ ሓጽቢ ኣስዋን ዝያዳ ዕጽፊ ምዃኑ ጸብጻብ ቢቢሲ የመልክት።

እቲ ሓጽቢ ብዝዓቖሮ ማይ ተፈጢሩ ዘሎ ቀላይ፡ “ንጋት/ወጋሕታ” ዝብል ስም ተዋሂብዎ። እዚ ሓድሽ ቀላይ ካብቲ ጣና ዝበሃል ዝዓበየ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ቀላይ ኢትዮጵያ ልዕሊ ዕጽፊ ኮይኑ፡ 145 ኪሎ ሜተር ንውሓትን ኣስታት 70 ናእሽቱ ደሴታትን ኣለዎ። ኢትዮጵያ ካብዚ ሓጽቢ ኣብ ዓመት 1 ቢልዮን ዶላር ኣታዊ ክትረክብ ትጽቢት ኣለዋ።

ኢትዮጵያ ነዚ ሓጽቢ ተመርቖ ዘላ፡ ብግብጽን ሱዳንን ተሪር ተቓውሞ ይቐርባ እናሃለወ እያ። ምኽንያቱ ክልቲአን ሃገራት ናይዚ ሓጽቢ ብዘይናታተን ስምምዕ ተሃኒጹ ማይ ምምልኡን ምምሕዳሩን ኣብ ልሊአን ዋሕዲ ማይ ከየጋጥመን ዝሰግኣ ብምዃነን’የ። መንቀሊ ቀላያት ፈለግ ኒል፡ ኣብ  ኡጋንዳ ዝርከብ ቪክቶርያን ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ዘሎ ጣናን እዮም። መዓርፎኡ ከኣ ኣፍሪቃን ኤውሮጳን ዘራኽብ ቀላይ መዲተራኒያን እዩ።

ናብዚ 6,650 ኪ/ሜ ዝንውሓቱ ፈለግ ኒል ዝተፈላለየ ዓቐን ማይ ዘበርክታ ሃገራት፡ ዲሞክራሲያዊት ረፐብሊክ ኮንጎ፡ ታንዛንያ፡ ቡሩንዲ፡ ሩዋንዳ፡ ኡጋንዳ፡ ኬንያ፡ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ኤርትራ፡ ደቡብ ሱዳን፡ ሱዳንን ግብጽን እየ። ማያዊ ዓቕሚ ፈለግ ኒል ኣብቲ ዝለዓለ ናይ ዝናብ ግዜ 7, 620 ቢልዮን ሜትሮ ኪዩብ/ኩቢክ ሜትሮ ዝበጽሕ ኮይኑ፡ ካብዚ እቲ 85% ካብ ኢትዮጵያ ዝፈስስ እዩ።

ዓረብ ሊግ ኣብ መበል 164 ናይ ሚኒስተራት ኣኼባኡ፡ ብ5 መስከረም 2025 ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ምምላእን ምምሕዳርን እቲ ዓብይ ሓጽቢ በይናዊ ውሳነ ካብ ምውሳድ ክትቁጠብ ደጊሙ ከም ዝጸውዓ ኢጅብት ቱደይ (Egypt today) ዝተባህለት ጋዜጣ ካብ ካይሮ ኣፍሊጣ።

እቶም ናይ ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ሚኒስተራት ዓረብ ሊግ፡ ኣብ መወዳእታ ኣኼባኦም ኣብ ዘውጽእዎ መግለጺ፡ ናይቲ ሊግ ኣባላት ግብጽን ሱዳንን ናይ ማይ ውሕስነት ንምርግጋጽ፡ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ናይ ሓባር ስምምዕ ምብጻሕ ህጹጽ ተደላይነት ከም ዘለዎ  ጠቒሶም። ኣተሓሒዞም ድማ ኣብቲ ዝግበር ስምምዕ ናይ ኢትዮጵያ ናይ ዕቤት ድሌት ኣብ ግምት ክኣቱ ከም ዝግባእ እውን ኣስሚረምሉ። ብዝተፈልየ መልክዑ ድማ እቲ ኣኼባ ሚንስተራት ብዝኾነ መንገዲ  ናይ ግብጽን ሱዳንን ማያዊ ድሕንነት ምወሓስ ኣካል ዓረባዊ ጸጥታ ዝኸውን’ዩ እውን ኢሉ።

ናይ ሱዳንን ግብጽን ማያዊ ድሕንነት ዝጥሓስ ዝኾነ ውሳነ፡ ብዝኾነ መልክዕ ተቐባልነት የብሉን ዝበለ እቲ መግለጺ፡ ተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ ኢትዮጵያ ንግብጽን ሱዳንን ብዝጐድእ ብበይናዊ ውሳነኣ ምቕጸላ ከም ዘሕዘኖም ከኣ ኣስፊሩ። ኣተሓሒዞም ድማ ስጉምቲ ኢትዮጵያ ነቲ ብ2025 ኣብ ሱዳን ዝተኸተመ “ናይ ኣጠቓቕማ መትከላት” ዝብል ስምምዕን ዓለምለኻዊ ሕግታትን ዝጠሓሰ እዩ ኢሉ፡ ኢትዮጵያ ነቲ ዝጠሓሰቶ ሕግታትን ስምምዓትን ተመሊሳ ክትርእዮ  ጸዊዑ።

ብዘይካዚ እቲ መዋጸኦ፡ ኩለን ናብ ሩባ ኒል ማይ ዘበርክታ ሃገራት ዝሰማማዓሉ ሓባዊ ስምምዕ ክብጻሕ ምኽኣልዩ ምስበለ እቲ መግለጺ፡ ሚኒስተራት ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ዓረብ ሊግ፡ ኣብ ቀጻኢ ኣኼባኦም ዝረአ ምዕባለታት ብምክትታልን ምቁጽጻርን ነቲ ዛዕባ፡ ናይ ግብጽን  ሱዳንን ናይ ማይ ድሕንነት ንምድሓ ኣጀንዳኦም ገይሮም ክሕዝዎ ከም ዝተሰማምዑ ተሓቢሩ። እዚ መግለጺ ሚኒስተራት ዓረብ ሊግ ዝወጽእ ዘሎ፡ ኣብ ድሮ ምምራቕ እቲ ዓብይ ሓጽቢ ኢትዮጵያ ምዃኑ ኣዛራራቢ እዩ።

ወጻኢ ጉዳይ ሚኒስተራት ሱዳንን ግብጽን ኣብ ካይሮ

ሚኒስተራት ግብጽን ሱዳንን ብ3 መስከረም 2025 ኣብ ካይሮ ኣብ ዝገበርዎ ኣኼባ፡ ማየን ናብቲ ካብ ዓለም ዝነወሐ ፈለግ ኣባይ (ኒል) ዝፈስስ ሃገራት ናብቲ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ዘሎ ምስሕሓብ ንምስታፈን ዝግበር ፈተነ ነጺጎም፡ እቲ ጉዳይ ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ግብጽን ሱዳንን ጥራይ ክሕጸር ይግበኦ ከም ዝበሉ ቢቢሲ ሓቢራ።

እዚ ዝተገልጸ፡ ኣብቲ ናይ ክልቴን ሃገራት ሚኒስተራት ወጻኢ ጉዳያትን መስኖን ድሕሪ ዘካየድዎ ኣኼባ ኣብ ዝወጸ ናይ ሓባር መግለጺ እዩ። እቲ መግለጺ ኣብቲ ንኢትዮጵያን ኣብ ታሕተዋይ ኣካል ናይቲ ፈለግ ዝርከባብ ክልቲአን ሃገራትን ዘሰሓሕብ ዘሎ ጉዳይ ነተን ዝተረፋ ኣብ ላዕለዋይ ኣካል ዝርከባ ማይ ዘበርክታ ሃገራት ከም ዝሳተፋ ምግባረን ቅኑዕ ኣይኮነን ኢሉ። ክልቲአን ሃገራት ዓብይ ህዳሰ ሓጽቢ ኢትዮጵያ (EGRD)፡ ዓለም ለኻዊ ሕግታት ዝጠሓሰን ኣብ ልዕሊ ግብጽን ሱዳንን ስግኣት ዝፈጥርን እዩ ኢለን ከም ዝገልጸኦ ኣብቲ ዝወጸ መግለጺአን ሰፊሩሎ።

እቲ መግለጺ ከም ዘነጸሮ፡ ናይ ኢትዮጵያ በይናዊ ስጉምቲ ኣብ ምምላእ ኣገባብ ማይ፡ ድሕንነት ናይቲ ሓጽብን ብዘይገደብ ማይ ናብቲ ሓጽቢ ምምላእን ብፍላይ  ኣብ ናይ ደርቂ ግዝያት ሓደገኛት ተግባር እዩ ኢሉ። እቶም ሚኒስተራት ኣተሓሒዞም፡ ኣስታት 85% ማያ ናብቲ ፈለግ ዝፈስስ ኢትዮጵያ ንዞባዊ ምትሕግጋዝ ኣፍደገ ዝኸፍት ፖሊሲ ንክትቅይስ’ውን መጸዋዕታ ኣቕሪቦም።

ግብጽን ሱዳንን ነቲ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ዓመት ኢትዮጵያ ወሲኽካ፡ ኣብቲ ላዕለዋይ ክፋል ናይቲ ፈለግ ዝርከባ 6 ሃገራት ዝፈረመኦ ስምምዕ ኣጠቓቕማ ማይ ፈለግ ኒል ካብ ቅድም እየ ዝቃወመኦ።  ኣብ ክንድኡ ክልቲአን ሃገራት ነቲ 1959 ዝተፈረመ እሞ ፡ ካብቲ ማይ ንግብጺ 55.5 ቢልዮን ንሱዳን ድማ 18.5 ቢልዮን ኩቢክ ሜትሮ  ዘውሕስ ስምምዕ እየን ዝድግፋ።

እዚ ከምዚሉ እንከሎ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ነቲ ንምህናጹ 14 ዓመታት ዝወሰደን ካብ 5 ቢልዮን ዶላር ንላዕሊ ወጻኢ ዝተገብረሉን ዓብይ ህዳሰ ሓጽቢ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ነቲ ሓድሽ ቀላይ “ወጋሕታ (ንጋት)” ዝብል ስያመ ሂቡ፡ 9 መስከረም 2025 ንምምራቑ ኣብ ምሽብሻብ’ዩ ዝርከብ።

 ጉጅለ ናይ ሰላም ተበግሶ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺ እናሃኡ

ሓደ ጉጅለ ሱዳናውያን፡ ብ31 ነሃሰ 2025 ከም ዝሓበሮ፡ ነቲ ኣብታ ሃገር ዝቕጽል ዘሎ ኣብ ዘመናዊ ታሪኻ  ተራእዩ ዘይፈልጥ  ኣብራሲ’ ዝበሎ ውግእ ጠጠው ከብል ይኽእል’ዩ ዝበሎ ርኢቶ ከም ዘቕረበ ኣፍሊጡ። እዚ “መጸዋዕታ ሰላም ንሱዳን” ዝተሰየመ፡ በቲ ተሓላቒ ጉጅለ ዝተወስደ ተበግሶ ብሱዳናዊ ዘቤታዊ ዓቕሚ ጥራይ ኮይኑ፡ ብሰፊሕ ናይ ዕርቂ መስርሕ፡  ፍትሕን ቀጻሊ ሰላምን ንምርግጋጽ ዝሓለነ ምዃኑ ኣፍሊጡ።

እቲ ተበግሶ ብፍሉጥ ምሁርን ነባር ዲፕሎማትን ፍራንሲስ ደንግ ዝተመርሐ ኮይኑ፡ ኣብቲ ዝተገብረ ናይ ምብሳር ናይ ማንዛ ርክብ ቃሉ ኣስሚዑ። እቲ መራሒ ኣብቲ ኣጋጣሚ፡ ምርግጋጽ ሰላምን ሓድነትን ሱዳናውያን ከውሕስ ዝኽእል ሃዋህው ምፍጣር ከም ዘኽእል ዘለዎ እምነት ገሊጹ። ፍራንሲስ ደንግ ኣብቲ ርኢቶኡ ብተወሳኺ ሱዳናውያን፡ ቅድሚ ናብ ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም ምምዕዳው መጻኢ ዕድል ሃገሮም ኣብ ምውሳን ምሉእ ሓላፍነት ንክወስዱ ጸዊዑ።

እቲ ንቕሎ ሱዳናዊ ጉጅለ፡ ንኹሎም ሱዳናውያን ዜጋታት ብዘይ ኣፈላላይ ሃይማኖት፡ ዓሌት፡  ጾታን ከባብን ብማዕረ ዝርኢ ምዃኑ ወደብቲ ናይቲ ተበግሶ ምግላጾም እቲ ካብ ሱዳን ትሪቡን ዝተረኽበ ዜናዊ ሓበሬታ ኣረዲኡ። ሓደ ናይቲ ተበግሶ ሰላም ዝወስድ ዘሎ ጉጅለ ኣባል፡ ኢሳም ኢል ዓባስ፡ ምንቅስቓሶም ምንጽጻግ ከም ዝቃወም ጠቒሱ፡ ናብቲ ምሁራት ሱዳን ዝመርሕዎ ዘለዉ ምክፍፋላት ዕዙዝ ናይ ሓድነት መጸዋዕታ ኣቕሪቡ።

ካልእ ኣባል ናይቲ ተበግሶ ዓብደላ ኣል ናይም ብወገኑ፡ ሰላም ኣብ ህልዊ ኩነታት ሱዳን ውግእ ጠጠው ንምባል፡ ሓድነት ህዝቢ ንምፍጣርን ዕግርግር ንምውጋድን እንኮ መሳርሒ ምዃኑ ጠቒሱ። እዚ ተበግሶ ድሕሪ ካብ ዝሓለፈ ወርሒ ሓምለ 2025 ጀሚርካ ምስ ዝምልከቶም ሱዳናውያን ምሁራትን ሲቪላዊ መራሕትን ምምኽኻር ምክያድ ዝመጸ ምዃኑ ከኣ ተሓቢሩ።

ሱዳናውያን ምሁራት፡ ሲቪካዊ ማሕበራትን ምንቅስቓሳትን ውግእ ካብ ዝባራዕ ጀሚሮም’ኳ ናይ ሰላም መጸዋዕታ ከቕርቡ እንተጸንሑ፡ ብሰንኪ እቶም ነቲ ውግእ ሕድሕድ ዝመርሕዎ ዘለዉ ጀነራላት ቅሩባት ዘይምዃኖም  ኣብ ፍረ ክበጽሕ ኣይከኣለን።

የመን ተቖጻጺሩ ዘሎ ጉጅለ ሑቲ፡ ቀዳማይ ምኒስትሩ ኣሕመድ ጋለብ ናሲር ዝርከቦም ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቱ ብ28 ነሃሰ 2025 ብሃንደበታዊ ደብዳብ ነፍርቲ እስራኤል ምቕታሎም ከም ዘረጋገጸላ ማዕከን ዜና ቢቢሲ ኣፍሊጣ። እዚ ብኢራን ይሕገዝዩ ዝበሃል የመናዊ ጉጅለ፡ ኣብ ዋና ከተማ የመን ሰንዓ ኣብ ዝተኻየደ ደብዳብ ነፍርቲ እስራኤል፡ ብዘይካቲ ቀዳማይ ምኒስተር ካለኦት ምስኡ ተኣኪቦም ዝነበሩ ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቲ እውን ከም ዝተቐተሉ ከም ዘረጋገጸ እውን  እቲ ብቢቢሲ ዝተዘርገሐ ዜና ሓቢሩ። ሓይልታት እስራኤል ብወገኖም ብ28 ነሃሰ 2025 ነቲ ደብዳብ ከም ዝፈጸምዎ ኣፍሊጦም  እዮም።

ጉጅለ ሑቲ ድሕሪ ነቲ ብውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኣፍልጦ ዝነበሮ መንግስቲ ምውጋዶም ካብ 2014 ጀሚሮም ዝሰፈሐ ክፋል ሰሜናዊ ምዕራብ የመን ዝቆጻጸሩ ዘለዉ ኮይኖም፡ ኣብዚ እዋንዚ እታ ሃገር ብሰንኪ ዘይዛሪ ውግእ ሕድሕድ ኣብ ኣዝዩ ዝደኸመ ደረጃ ወዲቓ ዘላ እያ።

እቲ ጉጅለ ብዘይካ ናይቲ ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ናይ ካለኦት ዝተቐትሉ ሓለፍቲ ዝርዝር  ኣስማት ኣይጠቐሰን። ሓዳዝ ዝተባህለት መርበብ ዜና ሳዑዲ ዓረቢያ ግና፡  ብዙሓት ሚኒስተራት ተወቒዖም ከም ዝቖሰሉ ጠቒሳ፡  ሚኒስተራት፡ ናይ ወጻኢ ጉዳያት፡  ፍትሒ፡ መንእሰያትን ስፖርትን ከምኡ እውን ማሕበራዊ ጉዳያትን ስራሕን ካብቶም ዝተቐተሉ ምዃኖም ሓቢራ።

መራሕቲ ሑቲ ኣብ ጋዛ ኣብ መንጎ እስራኤልን ሓማስን ውግእ ድሕሪ ምጅማሩ ብተደጋጋሚ ኣብ ልዕሊ እስራኤል ደብዳባት ክቕጽሉ ዝጸንሑ ኮይኖም፡ መራሕቲ ሑቲ ዝተቐትልሉ ስልቲ ምስቲ  ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቲ ኢራን  ብእስራኤል ዝተቐተለትሉ  ተመሳሳሊ ምዃኑ ተዓዘብቲ ይገልጹ።

ምምሕዳር ቤት-ጽሕፈት ደቂ-ኣንስትዮ ህልዊ ኩነታት ምንቅስቓስ ደቂ-ኣንስትዮ ንምምዛንን ናይ ዓመት ናይ ስራሕ መደብ ንምሕንጻጽን ረቡዕ 27 ንሓሰ 2025 ኣኼባ ኣካይዱ። እዚ ኣኼባ’ዚ፡ ብመሰረት ትካላዊ ኣሰራርሓ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ድሕሪ ስሩዕ ዓመታዊ ኣኼባ ማእከላይ ባይቶ፡ ኩለን ቤት-ጽሕፈታት ፈጻሚት ሽማግለ ናይ ሓደ ዓመት ናይ ስራሕ መደብ ከቕርባ ስለዝግባእ ዝተኻየደ እዩ። ብዘይካ ሓንቲ ብቕቡል ምኽንያት ዝብኾረት 6 ኣባላት ዝተሳተፈኦ ኣኼባ፡ ብኣባል ፈጻሚት ሽማግለን ሓላፊት ጉዳያት ምምሕዳር ቤት-ጽሕፈት ደቂ-ኣንስትዮን ወ/ሮ ኣድያም ተፈራ እዩ ተመሪሑ።

عقد المجلس المركذي لحزب الشعب الديمقراطي الارتري اجتماعه الدوري السنوي في الفترة من 16 الر 21 اغسطس 2025 , حيث افتتح اعماله السيد قرزقيهر تولدي رئيس الحزب , بكلمة تناول فيها الاوضاع الصعبة التي يمر بها شعبنا الارتري , والتحديات المتعددة التي تواجه البلاد في ظل الازمات المتفاقمة على مستوى المنطقة , وتبدلات اصطفافات القوى في دول الجوار والاقليم المؤثرة في المنطقة .

ناقش الاجتماع , في مستهل جدول اعماله , تقارير مكاتب اللجنة اللجنة التنفيذية , الى جانب تقرير المراجع العام , واتخذ حيالها القرارات والتوصيات اللازمة لتعزيز الاداء التنظيمي والرقابي داخل مؤسسات الحزب .

 كما ناقش المجلس في بند خاص تطورات الاوضاع الراهنة في ارتريا والمنطقة , حيث تم تقييم السياسات الخطيرة التي ينتهجها نظام الهقدف والتي تهدف الى زرع الفتنة الدينية وزعزعة النسيج الاجتمعي الارتري عبر ممارسات ممنهجة لاطالة حكمه من حلال شق الصف الوطني .

وفي ذات السياق ناقش الاجتماع الادعاءات الاثيوبية بشأن ماتسميه  " الحق في ملكية منفذ بحري " و "الطمدو" التي تستخدم كغطاء لبناء تحالف مشبوه بين النظام   الديكتاتوري في اسمرا  وبعض القوى في اقليم تقراي وهو ما يشكل تهديدا جديدا لاستقرار المنطقة ويزيد من احتمالات اندلاع صراعات جديدة .

The Central Council of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP) held its annual regular meeting on August 16 and August 21, 2025, in accordance with Article 6.1.11 of the party's constitution. At the opening session, Party Chairman Gherezghiher Tewelde, hinted at our future struggles by noting that the meeting was taking place at a time when our people's deep concerns under the oppression of the PFDJ are intensifying, and our region being shaken by various crises and realignment of forces.

During the two-day meetings, the annual reports of the nine executive offices and the General Auditor of the party, which were circulated to participants in advance, were discussed one by one as the primary agenda. In its in-depth discussion and evaluation of the reports, the Council gave special attention to the following points:

• Expanding and strengthening organizational structures;
• Encouraging the young generation to fulfill their responsibilities as successors;
• Giving special consideration to international relations in light of the rapid regional and international changes;
• Emboldening the party's media outlets;
• Monitoring and documenting the issue of Eritrean refugees with additional studies; and
• Creating an environment that encourages women's participation.

Based on the reports approved for documentation after the discussion, the Council commended EPDP members for their steadfastness and dedication in strengthening their party in all aspects over the past year, as in previous times, and reiterated its confidence and encouragement for them to enhance their all-round contributions in the uphill struggle awaiting us.

The regular meeting also conducted an in-depth discussion on the broad topic of "The Current Situation of Our Country and Region." The resolutions listed below were adopted after comprehensive scrutiny of the developments affecting the country, the Eritrean opposition camp, and the region as a whole:

1. Eritrea and its people continue to suffer under the all-round oppression and the denial of all fundamental rights by the dictatorial regime. Even the tyrant leader himself repeatedly admits that Eritrea has become a village with a ruined economy, dilapidated infrastructure, destroyed public institutions, and weak transportation and communication networks. The PFDJ clique, far from addressing these alarming domestic issues, continues to commit additional violations and oppressive measures. Despite this reality, the meeting assessed that the regime at times makes failed attempts to project a “grand” and positive image it does not possess. These include its pretentions to have good relations with major powers, nowadays including the United States. Based on this sad situation, the meeting reiterated EPDP’s strong call to the Eritrean people and the forces of change to redouble and continue their struggle against the tyranny.
2. As part of the ongoing humanitarian violations in Eritrea is last month’s arrest of the administrator of the Gindae Quran school, Sheikh Adem Jabir Shaaban and his work colleague Shineti Hassen. This uncalled for incarceration deeply saddened the nation. Both peaceful citizens were arrested and taken to an unknown location. The EPDP Central Council therefore strongly condemns this tragic event, and calls on all conscientious Eritreans to demand the immediate release of Sheikh Adem Jabir Shaaban, Shineti Hassen, and other prisoners of conscience in regime prisons!

Alongside this tyrannical incident, the Central Council also seriously considered the much-talked-about issue related to the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Church. As we all know, this same regime has previously taken land that belonged to the Church, forcibly sent to Sawa the Church’s public servants thus letting it suffer from a shortage of clergy, and detained until death Patriarch Abune Antonios. It is now pretending to be its protector by reportedly allowing the Church to build a chapel and undertake agricultural investments in the Tekreret region on land it seized from its very original owners.

The EPDP Central Council recognized that this opportunistic act is aimed at fueling social unrest rather than genuinely caring for church construction. Recalling that our people, both Muslims and Christians, have no objection to building churches or mosques; on the contrary, have the wisdom and tradition of cooperating to build places of worship for one another, even in diaspora. The Tekreret incident is an evil act intended to create conflict between the two faiths so that the regime can prolong its stay in power through its subtle tactic of divide and rule. The EPDP CC also emphasized that an illegitimate regime has no right to distribute public land in this manner. Some quarters are heard attempting to exploit this situation by portraying it as a conflict between Muslims and Christians; this is an irresponsible assumption and not acceptable. This kind of understanding is nothing but falling into the regime's. The EPDP therefore calls such forces to refrain from such dangerous assumptions.

3. The Ethiopian government has repeatedly and officially stated its intention to "gain access to the Red Sea by any means," a statement that incites aggression and violation of Eritrean sovereignty. Since this claim is unacceptable by historical, political, diplomatic standards, and above all international laws, the EPDP CC meeting affirmed its total rejection of such brazen claims. In connection with this, it once again calls for the respect of international laws and charters that protect the sovereignty of nations and govern usage of sea ports, in a manner that benefits both sides.
4. In the meantime, recognizing the importance of peaceful and developmental relations between peoples, the CC meeting reiterated its encouragement for a "people-to-people" relationship of peace and cooperation between the peoples of Eritrea and Ethiopia, based on the principled understanding stated in the EPDP's program of action adopted at its 4th congress that stated: "Our relations with neighboring countries can play a crucial role in our common development; therefore, it is necessary to work together for peace and economic growth by respecting each other's sovereignty and refraining from interference in each other's affairs."

For this relationship to be effective and sustainable, the Council reminded that both peoples must learn from past experiences and struggle to ensure that it is strengthened by the participation and consent of the peoples, has an institutional basis, and is not hijacked by certain groups for their narrow war-mongering whims. Although the "alliance" we are observing, and the temporary relief it seems to offer the people living on both sides of the border, appears to have no guarantee of continuity, the process is secretive and shows clear signs of being a political and military alliance based on animosity. We have no confidence that such an alliance, which has reached this point today, will be free from the hidden, conspiratorial moves of that same PFDJ in Asmara.

5. The Central Council assessed that the Eritrean opposition camp must not forget shouldering its responsibilities in the political crisis and shifting alignment of forces in the region and prepare itself to make effective contribution in handling them. Furthermore, the CC meeting underscored the role awaiting us in gathering our scattered human and material resources. Accordingly, the EPDP, while reaffirming its readiness to strengthen the Eritrean Political Forces (EPF), which is organized around four fundamental pillars, repeated its strong call for the formation of abroader umbrella of all Eritrean forces struggling for democratic change. The four pillars, which are widely acceptable, are:

• The overthrow of the PFDJ regime;
• The defense and preservation of Eritrean sovereignty;
• Safeguarding national unity plus guaranteeing civic liberties, and
• Establishing democratic governance in post-dictatorship Eritrea.

6. The meeting issued a call to countries around the world hosting Eritrean refugees, and humanitarian organizations such as the UNHCR, to provide all possible humanitarian protection for all Eritrean refugees in general, in particular at this moment for those struggling in Ethiopia.
7. Also after reviewing the tragic loss of life and wanton destruction of property caused by the two-year war in neighboring Sudan, and considering the risk of Sudan's disintegration, the meeting urged the warring Sudanese generals to end this devastating war and resolve their issues peacefully through dialogue, without handing over their affairs to external forces.

Finally, in accordance with Article 6.1.17 of the EPDP's constitution, outgoing chairman Gherezgiher Tewelde was re-elected to continue chairmanship for coming 12 months. Based on his nomination, other eight Executive Committee members who served him during the past year, were also unanimously approved by the Council to serve for another year. Following this, the meeting concluded with important recommendations tailored to the current challenges in the prolonged Eritrean struggle for democracy.
